The beginnings of friendships are often built around
playing and interacting with others. When designing a mixed age playground we
consider the variety of open ended ways children may use the same piece of
equipment, providing a mixture of challenges and spaces where children of all
ages and abilities can play together.

The following designs feature a variety of apparatus to
ensure all children have activities suited to their ability.
