Consultation

Our Design Consultant can meet with you on site where possible to discuss all of your playground equipment requirements and design ideas and options, taking into consideration the user base, area available, budget, and any environmental concerns/constraints. We combine this and other customer input with our ideas and experience to provide a preliminary design suitable for their individual requirements.

 
We provide a 2D CAD or down view plan of the equipment outlining the different components, area required for the equipment featuring the correct safety soft fall zones. The second plan is a 3D CAD drawing which will bring the unit to life. This can be used to provide an accurate visualization of how the equipment will look in your setting. Should you at this stage wish to make any changes to the designs, our consultant can make the alterations quickly and easily.

Installation

Playmaster has an in house installation team that will install our equipment Australia wide. Self-installation is an option and if selected, Playmaster provides a detailed step-by-step installation manual. Using our vandal proof fasteners and special tools, our pre-drilled equipment simply bolts together – no drilling required. Or if you would like a complete hassle free project, let our specialized team handle the entire process for you.

From your initial consultation through until installation, and a comprehensive after sales service, our Consultant will be with you every step of the way to ensure the process flows seamlessly.

Safety & Maintenance

To ensure your new playground has been installed in accordance with our strict in house quality standards and the Australian Safety Standards, we will inspect the equipment post installation. We will then provide you with a Compliance Certificate for your records and a copy of our Safety & Maintenance Schedule to guarantee your playground equipment remains in a safe working condition.
